For the dessert dance, we should trace a bunch of peoples' sillhouettes on oieces of butcher paper, outlining them with glow in the dark paint. You can do this quickly by setting up one of those old projectors and having someone stand in front of it.
For party favors, we should get glow in the dark shutter shades. We could also have glow sticks or Mrs. Latz's idea, polka dots decorated with our names. For the ice in our drinks, we would have frozen tonic water. Tonic water looks like normal water, but it glows under a blacklight and it totally safe to drink. we would have blacklights on the tables, and on our tables around our place settings we would have all sorts of colors of glow in the dark tape, and we could splatter the tablecloths with glow in the dark paint. We would have white tablecloths that glow under the blacklight and then when we were decorating, we could hang the tablecloths outside under the covered area and splatter them with neon and glow in the dark paint, and they'd be dry by the time we had to set up everything.
For the photo booth, we could have cardboard frames decorated with glow in the dark paint and neon colors and stickers. We could have neon props and a black background. There would be blacklights in the photo booth and so all the photos would be glowing! Across from that, we could have one with a normal background painted with neon colors and things where people could take nice pictures. On all of the tables, we could have jars full of tonic water. We could break glow sticks in them and they would glow! We could have different desserts under blacklight. basically, everything that can glow, will glow.
